The Getac ZX80-EX is a fully rugged Android 15 tablet, certified for ATEX and IECEx Zone 2/22 hazardous areas, designed to bring modern enterprise software and on-device AI workflows to industrial environments where smartphones are too small and laptops are impractical. Built on a Qualcomm® QCS6490 octa-core processor with an Adreno™ 643 GPU and a Hexagon™ Neural Processing Unit delivering up to 13 TOPS of AI inference, it runs computer vision, voice transcription, and inspection-AI applications directly on the device — without sending sensitive site data to the cloud. Verified as Android Enterprise Recommended, the ZX80-EX is MDM-ready out of the box with current-generation security updates and management features.

An 8-inch LumiBond display with Getac’s sunlight-readable technology delivers 1,000 nits of brightness — clearly visible in refinery yards, outdoor inspection rounds, and bright industrial floors where standard tablets become unreadable. The thin, 780-gram housing is MIL-STD-810H certified, IP67 dust- and water-tight, drop-tested from 6 feet (1.8 m), and vibration-resistant, all engineered for the daily abuse of industrial use.
